1. As a new customer, you are eligible for a refund within 30 calendar days from the Date of Purchase for any reason. This date refers to when you paid the SEO Fee which is an upfront charge paid to MAGIC SEO. The refund Period begins upon payment being received by us.
2. A questionnaire about it must first be filled out. Otherwise, no services will be provided. During the Refund Period, you may request a refund whether or not you completed or received it.
3.After the Refund Period you are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of whether you have completed or received your required services from MAGIC SEO. Incomplete questionnaires do not extend the Refund Period automatically; all sales outside the Refund Period are final and non-refundable.
4.If MAGIC SEO does not deliver your required service within 7 days of you filling out the questionnaire, they will extend the Refund Period according to how late they were. For instance, if they deliver 8 days later than originally promised then your Refund Period would be extended by 1 day.
5. MAGIC SEO will issue a full refund less the cost of custom domain name selection; or in its place revert in full the recurring plan subscription.
