- If you choose to register or grant access through third-party social networking websites such as Facebook Connect or Google, we may collect any personal data associated with those platforms as part of their registration or access process; such information could include any identifiable details collected already from these sources.

- Your use of the MAGIC SEO Platform provides us with information such as the type of browser or mobile device you use, which website you came from, and your IP address (a unique identifier on the Internet) which our web server automatically recognizes as part of the information being transmitted back and forth from you to us.
- At our Company, we do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you such as race/ethnicity data, religious/philosophical beliefs, sexual life/orientation data, political opinions/trade union membership data, health information, and genetic/biometric data.
- Recorded calls may be monitored for training and quality control purposes as well as to verify any contracts that we agree with you over the phone.
- Your name, photo, services, or businesses that you book appointments with and recommendations made, as well as any appointments booked through Bookings, will all be made public when publicizing your profile. Appointments booked will also appear publicly displayed on each service provider’s profile; and through Settings, you can make adjustments to certain aspects of your account information.
- Your information is voluntary; however, if you choose not to share it, certain services may no longer be available to you.

Refer a Friend Schemes
We may offer referral programs or similar efforts on occasion, such as a “Refer a Friend” scheme, in which we ask you to give us the contact information of someone you know who might be interested in our products or services. We will only utilize the contact information for the specific campaign (not for broader marketing purposes). By giving us their information, you affirm that you have their permission to do so and agree not to give us the information of anybody from whom you do not have such consent. MAGIC SEO does not offer tax advice; any documentation or information provided to the Service Provider must adhere to its policies at https://1800accountant.com and is governed by these policies as well. You authorize both 1800Accountant LLC and MAGIC SEO LLC to share and exchange data about your entity to provide this consultation service.

Transfers out of the EEA
