Important for our legitimate interests (i.e. identifying customers for products and services, maintaining an up-to-date website, developing our business, and creating our marketing strategy)

As it is necessary to advance our legitimate interests (to advance product/services development and expand business), this data collection and processing activity must take place.

Legitimate Interest refers to our business interest in conducting and managing our operations to deliver you with the best service/product and most secure experience. Before processing personal data for our legitimate interests, we take great care in considering and balancing any potential impacts (both positive and negative) and your rights, before doing so (unless we have obtained your permission or are legally obliged). You can obtain more information on this assessment process by reaching out to legal@magicseo.com.

Performance of Contract refers to processing your data where necessary for performing a contract to which you are a party or taking steps at your request before entering such a contract.

Complying with legal or regulatory obligations means processing your data where we must meet a legal or regulatory obligation we are subject to.

Consent isn’t usually used as the legal basis for processing personal data other than when sending third party direct marketing communications via email or SMS.

Unfortunately, not many can. Away with it! But for the rest, have no fear – here come our heroes with some serious talent to show the way ahead! With your permission, we may use your personal information to notify you about new products or services and special offers we think may be relevant. Furthermore, we may share it with carefully selected third parties so they may provide relevant information regarding their products and services directly – although such third parties may have different privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your data. But you will only receive such communications if you consented at registration or any point afterward. At any time, you can opt out of our marketing communications by either changing your communication preferences in Settings, using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every marketing email we send, or by reaching out to us at legal@MAGIC SEO.com – however doing so could prevent you from experiencing all aspects of MAGIC SEO including potential promotions and services that it provides.

Information obtained through Google APIs will be utilized and transferred following their User Data Policy, including any Limited Use requirements.

Refer a Friend Schemes

We may offer referral programs or similar efforts on occasion, such as a “Refer a Friend” scheme, in which we ask you to give us the contact information of someone you know who might be interested in our products or services. By giving us their information, you affirm that you have their permission to do so and agree not to give us the information of anybody from whom you do not have such consent. We retain the right to identify you as the person who made the recommendation in the message delivered to them

In these instances, agents or subcontractors will only use your personal information as required to perform their functions while we require that they put measures in place to secure it.

Tracking GIFs may also be used by us or third parties in connection with your use of the MAGIC SEO Platform. Tracking GIFs are small image files embedded within content on our platforms or the bodies of newsletters so we or third parties can gain insight into which parts are most frequently visited and whether certain pieces of content are of particular interest.
